The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for decoration services with lighting fixtures for Independence Day celebrations at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed for delayed delivery, and the quoted rate is final with no subsequent changes permitted.
