The Municipal Committee is procuring event items and rental services for a one-time national celebration, a moderate-scale contract worth approximately Rs 1 million. The very tight submission deadline (20 August 2026 at 2:00 PM) allows minimal preparation time. This is a typical event support tender with no framework or recurring element; bidders should note that two years of relevant event supply or rental experience is mandatory and that affidavits of authenticity and dealer authorization are explicitly required. The bid security is substantial relative to contract size, suggesting active enforcement expected.
Who can bid: Bidders must have minimum two years relevant experience supplying similar goods or services. Registration with FBR/PRA as active taxpayer and PPRA registration are mandatory. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government entity. Typically for goods and services contracts, valid SECP registration (for companies), NTN, and sales tax registration are expected alongside the stated requirements.
