Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited invites bids for the operation and maintenance of lifts in its building located in Islamabad for a period of one year under reference NICL/Procurement/2026/23. This is a non-consultancy services contract funded through reserved procurement budget for FY 2026-27, procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using open competitive bidding with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope encompasses all operational and preventive maintenance activities for the lift installations at the NICL headquarters on 63-Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad Capital Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding document contains detailed terms, conditions, specifications and service requirements and is available for download from the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/68117. Prospective bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with assistance available via tutorial video.
E-bids prepared according to the bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submission is not permitted. The Grievance Redressal Committee notification is available on the procuring agency website, EPADS v2.0, and the Authority's website at www.ppra.org.pk.
