National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), formerly NTDC, invites sealed bids through Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms for the construction of a 500 kV Double Circuit Model Transmission Line in TSG South Jamshoro, Sindh province. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope encompasses construction of conventional or pile foundations, erection of transmission towers, stringing, testing, and commissioning of transmission lines with minimum technical requirements including 500-220 kV voltage level, bundled conductors, and a minimum line length of 15 kilometers per transmission route. Completed transmission lines must have been in successful commercial operation for at least two years prior to bid submission deadline. Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements are available at the Office of the Executive Engineer, TLC Division, EHV-II, NGC of Pakistan, Bungalow No. B-2 HIPS Colony, T.M Khan Road, Sita Area, Hyderabad, or by written request to the same office. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in an amount not less than Rs. 1,000,000 in the format prescribed in the bidding documents. The bids prepared in accordance with instructions must reach B-2, HIPS Colony T.M Khan Road, SITE Area Hyderabad on or before 10:00 hours Pakistan Standard Time on August 31st, 2026.
