The National Logistics Corporation, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders for the procurement of 500 units of Container Security Devices (CSD) on a FOB Rawalpindi/Karachi basis. This invitation to tender is referenced as NL-1 and seeks supply of branded, brand-new security equipment with complete technical specifications and manufacturer documentation. The devices will be delivered to either Rawalpindi or Karachi location as specified in the tender schedule.
Eligibility is restricted to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and OEM-authorized dealers or resellers with sustained financial capability and valid OEM authorization letters. Bidders must submit proof of NTN/STRN registration with 100% tax compliance, GSR compliance certificate, manufacturers' datasheets, complete technical data, a non-blacklisting affidavit, and evidence of acceptance of all tender conditions. Offers must remain valid for 90 days with confirmed delivery periods. Bid security is required as per tender format, and financial offers must follow the prescribed NLC format exactly.
Tenders must be submitted in double sealed covers separating technical and commercial offers to HQ NLC, Harding Road, Rawalpindi by the deadline specified in the tender notice. Bids must be accompanied by tender fee and bid security; late submissions will be rejected. Complete technical brochures, comparison charts against NLC specifications, and a list of major clients are mandatory. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, packing, and delivery, with 0.25% stamp duty payable under the Stamp Duty Act 1899.
