For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NUST is procuring IT equipment for its Rector's office at the central H-12 campus—scope and value not disclosed in the notice. Bidders must be OEM or authorized dealers registered on E-PADS; this is a single-envelope tender closing 13 August 2026. The Rs. 5,000 processing fee is non-refundable. No pre-bid meeting date is specified. The tight timeline and requirement for physical fee submission at opening suggest moderate complexity. Likely one-off procurement for office modernization rather than a framework contract.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be reliable OEM or authorized suppliers registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on E-PADS. Pakistani vendors typically require NTN, valid business registration with SECP or relevant provincial authority, and PPRA enlistment. The notice does not restrict by firm size but implies established market presence. No specific PEC category applies; IT supply typically falls outside construction licensing.
