For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NESPAK seeks vehicle rental services (daily and monthly basis) for operational support at headquarters and project sites across Punjab.
Scale appears medium, covering multiple vehicles across diverse project requirements. The earnest money requirement of Rs. 200,000 suggests moderate contract value. Bidders need prior government sector experience and clean compliance record; this is a recurring operational requirement rather than one-time procurement. The single-stage bidding process with CDR retention during contract period indicates relatively straightforward evaluation criteria focused on capability and pricing.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers by FBR. Experience in vehicle rental business is required, preferably with public sector organizations. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body. Typically, vehicle rental operators require valid business registration, traffic and transport permits, fleet insurance documentation, and driver licensing certifications.
