For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WIL seeks multiple equipment items through a two-envelope sealed bidding process with a 23-day closing window.
Bidders face substantive bid security requirements (Rs. 202,500 combined bid money and tender fee), mandatory professional tax clearance certificate, and 10 percent performance guarantee on award. The single-stage two-envelope format demands careful separation of technical and commercial submissions; non-compliance risks automatic rejection. Delivery timeline and specific equipment specifications are referenced but not detailed in this notice extract, requiring bidders to obtain the full Schedule of Tender before pricing.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and be registered with the Excise and Taxation Department with clear professional tax payment status. Typically, local suppliers should also maintain business registration with SECP or relevant provincial authority. The notice does not specify PEC category or other sector-specific licensing; suppliers must be capable of procuring and delivering the specified equipment.
