Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) is procuring repair and maintenance services for telecom towers at multiple SSGC locations across Sindh Province under a competitive annual maintenance contract. The procurement is issued under reference SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS2/14299 Ext-2 with EPADS reference P74662 and covers preventive and corrective maintenance of existing tower infrastructure in accordance with a detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications. This is a non-consultancy services contract utilising the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Certificate in Category C-6 or above, with Subcategory EE07 or EE08 (electrical/telecom specialisation). All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform and are subject to integrity and performance requirements as detailed in the contract documents.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 11:30 AM on Wednesday, 26 August 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day. Manual bid submissions are not accepted.
