Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of Workshop Tools Grease Gun Hydraulic equipment under reference P74725 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level competitive bidding process for goods procurement managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines. The contract location is at the Operation Store, KT facility, Sindh province.
All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Interested suppliers must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and have obtained the complete bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation parameters.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/74725. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 12:30 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM.
