Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of spares for telecommunication SIP card with 60 channels capacity for Openscape systems under reference P74977. This is a goods procurement planned for FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by SSGC. The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.
All bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria and detailed evaluation parameters are set forth in the tender documents available on the EPADS portal. Bidders are required to meet all prescribed technical and financial qualifications before submission.
The e-bidding documents containing comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/74977. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM through the EPADS platform. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
