MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company) invites sealed bids for the supply of 220KV EG and EA Type Towers and Extensions under tender reference PMU-22/2026-27. This is a national-level procurement of goods conducted through a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process. The project concerns the supply of transmission tower equipment required for power distribution infrastructure enhancement across MEPCO's operational region in Punjab province, with procurement managed by the Manager of the Procurement Management Unit (PMU) under the Chief Engineer (Development) at MEPCO headquarters on Khanewal Road, Multan.
Bidders must satisfy eligibility criteria relating to registration, financial capacity, and past experience in the supply of similar tower infrastructure. The tender document specifies requirements for bid security declarations, integrity pacts, and performance guarantee forms. Bidders are required to demonstrate adequate financial resources, net worth, and average annual turnover commensurate with contract obligations. A bid securing declaration in lieu of earnest money deposit must be submitted as part of the bid package.
