Lubricant Racks, Dust Bins and DUs Paint & Graphics Works at Retail Outlets – Lahore Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for repair, refurbishment, painting and graphics application on lubricant racks, dust bins and dispensing units (DUs) at retail outlets across Lahore Division. The scope covers 160 steel lubricant racks and 160 fiberglass dust bins requiring comprehensive restoration including dismantling, scrapping to base sheet, replacement of glass panels (side glass 8mm and front shelve glass 5mm), hinges, locks and magnetic catchers, surface preparation with steel putty, application of fresh spray auto paint in PSO color scheme at minimum 100 microns thickness using 5HP compressor at 10 bar pressure, and application of PSO-approved 3M graphics. Work is to be executed at the contractor's workshop with transportation included, and jobs must be completed within 90 days from purchase order issuance. The contract is location-specific to various NVRO outlets within Lahore Division, Sindh province, with all materials, tools, labor and transportation charges included in quoted rates.
