Description / Scope of Work
The Cantonment Board Malir invites sealed bids under single stage two envelope procedure for the supply and fixing of a fiber glass double body food cart or kiosk with mild steel pipe frame structure intended for The Malir Club, located in Malir Cantonment, Sindh. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,999,000. This is a one-off procurement under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rule 2004, with bid documents available for collection from the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir at Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi during office hours on any working day.
Bidders must be original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers, wholesalers or suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bid security requirement is 5% of the quoted bid price, payable as a pay order or demand draft in favor of Cantonment Board Malir. Bidding documents cost Rs. 1,000 and are refundable upon tender rejection.
Complete bid documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are obtainable at the cantonment office. Technical proposals marked TECHNICAL PROPOSAL must be submitted on or before 24 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 a.m. Financial proposals will be opened on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 p.m. after technical evaluation and approval.
