The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed prequalification requests from vendors, firms and event management companies for the provision of stall fabrication services and miscellaneous services at Expo Centre Karachi during the FoodAg 2026 exhibition scheduled for 23–26 November 2026. The scope of services includes but is not limited to stall upgradation, electrification, carpeting, stall construction, branding, provision of refrigerators, cold storage units, shelves, SMD displays, and printing facilities to be supplied to exhibitors and TDAP as required during the event. All bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must apply through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS version 2). A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted along with the bid in the form of a pay order made in favor of TDAP.
Eligibility requirements include registration with tax authorities and submission of bid security equivalent to Rs. 200,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of TDAP. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the procuring agency before the date and time fixed for opening of the technical proposal. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per PPRA rule 36(a) will be used for open competitive bidding. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time.
Bidders must submit their sealed proposals no later than 11:00 AM on 12 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
