Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Vehari Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of wiring material for FY 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform under a single stage-one envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The university has reserved funds for this goods procurement, with the project reference P81427, and the work will be executed in Vehari, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or an equivalent bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are those who meet the eligibility criteria detailed in the bidding documents and possess the necessary qualifications and credentials to supply wiring materials of the required quality and specifications.
Bidding documents are available on ePADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/81427. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through the EPADS platform on or before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
