Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of civil works covering lots 17 to 31 under reference P83815 for the financial year 2026-27. The invitation is open to all eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement will be executed in Islamabad, Federal territory, and covers a range of construction and civil work activities as detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
The bidding process will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and are advised to review the complete tender specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and contractual terms provided in the full bidding document.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
