Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of BT (bituminous) roads across Malakand Division, Swat-Dir Upper. The tender is advertised under ADP No.1389/251389 for the financial year 2025-26 and encompasses multiple packages totalling several crore rupees in estimated value. Bid documents are available from the C&W Division office during working hours or via the ePADS system, downloadable before the submission deadline of 24 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Dir Upper. Post qualification certificates may be obtained from the undersigned within five days of tender opening upon payment of Rs.5000 non-refundable fee.
