The Tehsil Municipal Office Nowshera invites sealed tenders through ePADS for the fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solid waste machinery and sanitation vehicles under MRS-2023 (1st BI Annual) procurement cycle. Three distinct schemes are being procured: fabrication and installation of hydraulic mini dumper bodies compatible with Changan Sherpa power vehicles; fabrication and supply of heavy-duty tractor trolleys compatible with Millat Tractor MF-375 (75 HP); and fabrication of front-end loader and backhoe attachments for Millat Tractor Model MF-385 (85 HP). All work shall be executed in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligible contractors, fabricators and manufacturers must hold valid and renewed PEC registration, possess active NTN and GST registration, maintain valid and renewable PEC certification for the current financial year, and be listed with the Local Council Board with active KPRA and FBR centralized entitlement status. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through ePADS after downloading bid solicitation documents from the ePADS and KPPRA websites. Eligible contractors and fabricators are required to submit both technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes to the Tehsil Municipal Administration office in Nowshera via registered courier service.
