The Principal of Govt. Secondary School of Special Education for HIC, Vehari invites online bids through EP.PUNJAB.GOV.PK for the procurement of uniform items for special students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs 40,00,000 and covers both winter and summer season uniforms. The school is located in Vehari, Punjab, on Luddan Road opposite Circuit House. This is a significant procurement intended to provide appropriate uniforms for students with special educational needs attending the school.
Eligible bidders must be registered for Sales Tax and Income Tax. Firms participating in this tender must not be blacklisted, debarred, suspended or removed from the approved list by any other procuring agency or PPRA. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted through banking channels via 1Link/Online Bank Transfer against the generated PSID, with the payment slip attached to tender documents. The quoted price must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, as Sales Tax and Income Tax will be deducted at source according to prevalent tax rules.
Bidding documents may be downloaded from EP.PUNJAB.GOV.PK or www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through EP.PUNJAB.GOV.PK before the closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened separately before financial bids as per PPRA rules, and technically disqualified firms will not participate in financial bid evaluation.
