Govt. Special Education Centre Kehror Pacca, located in District Lodhran, Punjab, is procuring winter and summer uniforms for approximately 200 boys and girls students with an estimated total value of Rs. 2,000,000. The procurement is divided into four lots: LOT#1 Boys Kit (shirts, pants with belt, tie, bunyan, shoes) valued at Rs. 900,000; LOT#2 Girls Kit (shalwar, qameez, dupatta and shoes for winter and summer seasons) valued at Rs. 500,000; LOT#3 Winter Kit (jersey and shawl for girls, jersey and winter cap for boys) valued at Rs. 300,000; and LOT#4 Shoes for Boys and Girls valued at Rs. 300,000. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders must be Sales Tax registered, Income Tax registered, and E-PADS registered firms. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated value of both lots must be submitted as a call deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of Headmistress Govt. Special Education Centre Kehror Pacca, uploaded in PDF format on E-PADS and original submitted before tender closing time. Before supply, successful bidders must deposit an additional 10% of the total store value as performance guarantee in the form of a call deposit. Bidders must submit certified copies of ID card, General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and acceptance of rules and conditions on E-PADS along with an affidavit confirming non-disqualification and non-blacklisting status.
Tender forms may be downloaded free of cost from E-PADS account or PPRA website. Tender forms must be uploaded on E-PADS by 20-08-2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical offers opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of the Purchase Committee and firm representatives. Financial offers of technically successful firms will be opened later on E-PADS. Firms must provide quality lab test reports of provided samples, and items selected randomly after completion of supply will be sent for government lab testing with charges borne by the bidder.
