Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) is inviting bids for hiring of office accommodation on lease for Bhan Saeedabad under tender reference SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14334 Ext-2 (P73348). This is a non-consultancy services procurement planned for FY 2026-27 to secure office space accommodation in Bhan Saeedabad, Sindh through a lease arrangement. The procurement will be conducted as a national level open competitive bidding process using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to submit detailed proposals conforming to the specifications and scope of work outlined in the bidding documents. The procurement follows standard national procurement procedures with technical and financial evaluation criteria applied to all submissions.

E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
