Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the rental of premises to serve as a Sub Zonal Office in Sumungli Zone, Quetta, Balochistan. This non-consultancy service procurement is referenced as P78109 and forms part of the FY 2026-27 procurement plan with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments. The procurement aims to secure suitable rental accommodation meeting the operational requirements of SSGC's Quetta zonal operations. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must accompany their bids with bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are those registered and compliant with applicable procurement regulations. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms, conditions, specifications, scope of work, price schedule, and contract terms that bidders must review thoroughly before submission.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 11:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
