Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for hiring of accommodation on lease for Tando Hyderabad, a non-consultancy services procurement under FY 2026-27. The contract covers leasing of office or residential accommodation in Tando, Sindh Province, to be procured through open competitive bidding using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and submit compliant bids through the electronic platform. The procurement follows standard government procurement protocols with detailed terms and conditions specified in the bidding document.
Bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration on prescribed format.
