Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for rental of office premises in two locations: Landhi Zone and Bin Qasim Zone in Karachi, Sindh. This non-consultancy services procurement is budgeted under the FY 2026-27 reserved funds and referenced as P73456. The contract will be awarded through Single Stage-One Envelope open competitive bidding using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform to submit proposals.
Bidders are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as per the prescribed format. All bids must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the e-bidding documents.
