r, stationary items and helicopter spares. The scale appears medium to large with numerous line items and multiple geographic locations. Notable characteristics include strict registration and NDA requirements, emphasis on past performance evaluation, and sequential openings across August-September 2026. This represents recurring procurement activity typical of defence logistics operations rather than one-off contracts. Bidders should note the relatively compressed bidding window and requirement for separate technical and financial quotations in some cases.
Who can bid: Firms must be GST and professional tax registered with valid NTN. Unregistered firms typically require six-month bank statements, godown proof, manufacturer credentials, and OEM agency agreements. All bidders must submit NDA on judicial stamp paper (Rs. 100/-) and treasury challan (Rs. 2,000/-) if unindexed. Past contract performance records are mandatory evaluation criteria. Foreign bidders or those without Pakistan registration will be assessed against specific proof of financial capability and local representation.
