SNGPL seeks pneumatic breaker supply on a single-stage competitive tender with a 90-day offer validity period.
The procurement requires sealed technical and financial submissions with bid bonds, indicating a formal, compliance-heavy process. Delivery to a fixed location (Manga) suggests operational standardization. Local manufacturer qualification criteria and mandatory warranty/performance guarantees suggest equipment of moderate complexity and scale. The condensed submission window (closing 18 May 2026) implies routine sourcing rather than one-off acquisition.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized local representatives of foreign suppliers. Sales tax and income tax registration certificates are required. Typically, PEC registration is expected for Pakistani firms engaged in equipment supply. Foreign suppliers must provide authorization letters and proof of agency.
