Two separate forest rehabilitation packages totalling approximately 7 million rupees are on offer: the Toi Banda Inspection Hut and Visitor Compound at Kohat Forest Division.
Both appear to be one-off capital works in KPK's forestry sector. The primary tender (Toi Banda) has a firm closing date of 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM; the Visitor Compound remains under 'do' pending clarification. Bidders must carry active KPPRA registration, valid PEC codes, and tax compliance. Aggressive pricing (10–20% below estimate) triggers additional 2% security; deeper discounts require rate schedules and differential security. Single-envelope method limits negotiation scope.
Who can bid: Bidders must be KPPRA-registered, maintain active Federal Board of Revenue tax-payer status, and hold PEC codes relevant to construction. C&W enlistment is required. Typically for forest/civil works, contractors should be rated by the relevant authority. NTN and SECP registration are implicitly required through KPPRA enrolment. No restriction by company size is stated.
