For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a framework contract for recurring annual maintenance services worth Rs 10 million across two university campuses.
The tight submission deadline (28 August 2026) and requirement for detailed rate analysis on discounted bids suggest rigorous evaluation. PEC C-06+ registration is mandatory, limiting the contractor pool to established firms. The recurring nature and maintenance focus indicate stable, predictable work but potentially low margins — bidders should note the stringent additional security requirements for bids exceeding 10% discount.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in category C-06 or above with specialized code CE-10, KPRA registration, and active NTN with FBR. These are mandatory registrations. The notice does not specify ISO certification or other standards; typically such maintenance contracts do not require them, but bidders should verify latest KP-PPRA requirements.
