Municipal Committee Zafarwal invites electronic bids through the ePADS platform for the construction of street Hafeez Warya Mohallah Havailian Warya Link Old Chawinda Road in Zafarwal, District Narowal, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 99,75,000 (approximately USD 380,000) and is being undertaken under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027. This infrastructure development project is open to eligible, financially sound firms, contractors and companies under single-stage single-envelope open competitive bidding procedures governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in the relevant construction category, possess valid income tax certificates with active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and PRA status, and provide fresh statutory declarations confirming neither blacklisting under PPRA nor ongoing litigation. Bidders are required to be registered on the EPADS platform with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax where applicable. The bid security amount is PKR 498,750 (5% of estimated cost) and must be submitted in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Zafarwal.

Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM on 25 August 2026. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee within 15 days of award as per PPRA Rules 2014.
