Description / Scope of Work
TEPA LDA invites sealed bids from registered contractors and firms for the construction of Janazgah at UC-Kaahna, Lahore, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 29,438,956 with earnest money of Rs 1,471,972. The project scope covers construction works with a completion time of six months. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Procurement System (EP) and hold active Tax Filer NTN and PRA registration as per the qualification requirements. The work is categorized as C-5 & Above, requiring appropriately qualified contractors capable of handling civil construction projects of this scale and nature in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be financial bid responsive and technically qualified according to PPRA Regulations 2024. A bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Certified Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be submitted through the EP system before the closing time. All bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents and submitted electronically via the EP system on or before 24-08-2026, not later than 10:30 AM. Technically responsive bids found competent, unreadeble or containing viruses will be rejected as per PPRA regulations.
Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for download through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bids will be opened on 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must quote rates in both figures and words, and tenders shall be signed as per general directions. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Conditional tenders and bids without proper documentation will not be accepted.
