Description / Scope of Work
Daanish School (Boys & Girls) invites sealed bids for procurement of cleaning items and janitorial and hostel items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is estimated at PKR 19,972,603 and covers supplies to four school campuses located in Dera Ghazi Khan, Fazilpur (District Rajanpur), Mailsi (District Vehari), and Taunsa (District Dera Ghazi Khan) in Punjab. This is a lot-wise framework contract under which the successful bidder will supply and deliver items to respective campuses against purchase and work orders issued by the Principals as per their ongoing requirements throughout the contract period.
Bidders must be experienced, financially sound business enterprises registered with the Sales Tax Department (if required) and the Income Tax Department of Pakistan. A bid security of PKR 199,726 (equivalent to 1 percent of the estimated price) must accompany all bids in the form of a CDR or Demand Draft made payable to Daanish School Boys, DG Khan. Bids must comply strictly with the bidding document; alternative bids will not be considered. All bidders are required to submit complete technical and financial documentation as prescribed in the bidding document without fail, or risk outright rejection at the initial stage.

Bidders must submit their profiles and bids online through the e-procurement Punjab portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with the last date for submission on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM on Monday.
