Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Sialkot Zone invites competitive bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services under Tender Notice # State Life Banca Sector Office – Sialkot / 4 / 2026, with reference P82210. This is a national procurement for FY 2026-27 conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). The procurement will be executed using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The services are to be provided at the State Life office located at Micro Plaza, Paris Road, Sialkot, in Punjab province.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are those registered and approved on the EPADS platform meeting the procurement authority's eligibility criteria.
