Contract for janitorial and sanitation services in a residential colony with an estimated value of Rs. 4.89 million and 143-day completion window. This is a labour-intensive, service-based procurement typical of utility residential maintenance. Bidders require EOBI and PPRA ePADS registration plus current tax compliance. The single-stage sealed-bid process and online submission via ePADS streamlines competition. No major technical complexity; pricing and labour capacity are likely differentiators. Recurring annual nature suggests potential for framework extension.
Who can bid: Firms must register with EOBI, be capable of supplying unskilled labour, hold PPRA ePADS registration, and appear on the FBR active taxpayer list for FY 2025-27. No conflict of interest with government or private entities is required. Typically, sanitation service providers must also hold valid business registration (SECP/NTN) and relevant provincial or local authority approvals for waste handling.
