Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of toners for the Administration Section. The procurement is for toners with specifications and quantities as detailed in the tender documents. The tender is open to bidders and will be conducted in Karachi, Sindh province. Bidders are required to quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, with validity for one month. Complete specifications of the toners and warranty period must be clearly stated in the bid. No alternate options or substitutions will be accepted under any circumstances.
Bidders must obtain detailed bidding documents from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by submitting a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs 1,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favour of PDOHA City Karachi. The documents are available until 1600 hours on 18 August 2026. Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate office with the equipment nomenclature clearly marked on the right corner of the envelope. Tenders will be accepted until 1430 hours on 19 August 2026 and opened at 1500 hours the same day.
Bidders are advised to submit the lowest possible prices. The nomenclature or name of the equipment must be clearly mentioned on the sealed envelope. Payment will be issued by cheque following standard procurement procedures.
