Printronix Line Printer Repair and Ribbon Supply Services by WASA Rawalpindi

Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi invites tenders for repairing, servicing with parts supply and ribbon supply of Printronix line printers (models P-7220H, P-7220, P-7010, and P-7210) on a monthly basis for the billing session from July 2026 to June 2027 for the Revenue Directorate. The estimated contract value is Rs. 5,913,000. The work encompasses monthly maintenance and repair services for four printer models plus supply of 60 genuine Printronix ultra-capacity ribbons across twelve billing sessions. The contract duration is one year with performance required at WASA's Rawalpindi office located at Liaquat Bagh, Murree Road.

Eligible bidders must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement portal with active tax payer status and FBR certification for financial year 2026-27. Firms must demonstrate at least ten years of experience in repairing and servicing Printronix line printers with genuine ribbon supply in government or semi-government departments, and must provide evidence of cumulative business or purchase orders of at least Rs. 5 million for such services in the previous three years. Bid security of Rs. 118,260 (two percent of estimated cost) in the form of CDR, bank draft, or cashier's cheque must accompany each proposal.
