Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (M&P/TECHNICAL), Maintenance & Project/Technical Department, is inviting sealed bids for the repair of chiller control cards at the PNSC Building located in Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is for FY 2026-27 and is conducted on a National basis under Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope encompasses the repair and restoration of chiller control card systems required for the building's HVAC operations, with bid documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) under reference P82153.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the procurement documents and possess the necessary technical qualifications and registration credentials as required by the authority. No restrictions on bidder nationality are mentioned, though bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements set forth in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
