Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has reserved funds for procurement of goods planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 under contract reference FCS/MDK/TE/028/26 with the reference number P85927. The procurement is intended to cover eligible payments under the public procurement framework and is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The organization invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of goods as described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulations issued by the Authority.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents, which may be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Those vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 can register themselves through https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ using the available tutorial resources.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/85927. All interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 03:30 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
