Miscellaneous Refractory Items Procurement by Wah Brass Mill

Wah Industries Limited, operating through its Wah Brass Mill production unit located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of miscellaneous refractory items comprising four items as detailed in the tender schedule. This is a foreign purchase tender with detailed specifications provided at page 5 of the enquiry document. The procurement is conducted under reference TE No. 02-FP-MISC. REFRACTORY ITEMS-PUR-WBM-2026-27 dated 05-08-2026. Quotations must be submitted using a single-stage two-envelope method, with Part I containing technical details, literature, brochures, validity date and delivery schedule without price information, and Part II containing commercial terms including price, payment terms, and supply mode. Bids must be sealed separately for technical and commercial components with clear labelling on envelope exteriors.

Eligible bidders should submit conditional offers or alternative proposals are unlikely to be entertained and will be ignored. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from tender opening date and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities without prior notice. Quotations shall be based on CPT Islamabad or CFR Karachi value including air or sea-worthy packing. Supplies will preferably be dispatched through Pakistan International Airline (PIA) or Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC); other carriers are acceptable provided they are not Indian or Israeli airlines or vessels. Insurance charges are borne by Wah Brass Mill. Submission through Pakistani agents should be avoided, but if necessary, the agent must provide original Proforma Invoice from principals or manufacturers. Supplies are subject to inspection at the purchaser's premises and must include warranty and guarantee with spare parts availability details. Performance Guarantee at 10% of CFR value is required within 15 days of contract but before Letter of Credit opening, unless contract value is below US$50,000.

Tenders must reach the Bid Centre through airmail or courier before 1100 hours on 16-09-2026 (Wednesday). Tender opening will occur at 1130 hours on the same date at GM-BD, Wah Brass Mill, POF's Bid Centre (Room No 02) behind Rabta Hall, POFs Wah Cantt, Post Code 47040. Representatives may witness opening upon bringing a letter of authority. Late tenders will not be entertained.
