Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), the Procurement Office, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under reference FST/TE/049/26 with project code P85738. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The Procurement Office is headquartered at Transmission Headquarter, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad City in the Federal region.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and all requirements are available exclusively on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/85738.
Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
