Cement Procurement by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of cement under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/PT/2170224-2 (P82120). This is a national-scope goods procurement planned for the fiscal year 2026-27, conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is located in Karachi, Sindh Province, with the procuring entity based at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Ferozabad Sub-Division, Karachi East.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
