Description / Scope of Work
GE (Air) PAF Base JJ, under the Military Engineer Service, invites sealed tenders for fourteen distinct technical contracts and material supply packages valued at Rs. 3,000 each, to be executed at PAF Base Korangi Creek in the E-6 Section, Sindh. The works comprise internal and external water supply and sui gas technical contracts, supply of bazar materials for water supply, building and repairs, furniture and services, and electrical items, along with technical contracts for mechanical works including B&R maintenance in two zones, internal and external electrical installations with and without cabling, furniture repairs, generator overhauling, lift maintenance, and motor transport vehicle servicing. The tender is published under PPRA regulations and aims to procure services from qualified contractors across multiple engineering disciplines.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and possess valid credentials in categories 'E' or higher with documented experience in the respective field. All bidders must provide certificates confirming no outstanding litigation with government departments and no adverse inspection reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evolution (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). Contractors must be listed on the approved MES list in appropriate categories and satisfy special conditions specific to each work package. The tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors demonstrating sufficient capability.
Applications for tender documents must be submitted with complete credentials as specified. Tenders must be received at the accepting office by 1130 Hrs on 01 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 Hrs the same day. Interested contractors may attend the tender opening. Parties requiring further details can contact GE (Air) JJ or authorized personnel between 0730 and 1430 Hrs on all working days. The accepting office reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules Para-33 (1).
