Large-scale bundled sanitation and water supply construction tender covering 26 schemes across Charsadda district with cumulative value approximately Rs 285 million.
Bidders face complex bid security escalation rules requiring additional instruments for quotes between 10-20% or exceeding 20% below estimates. Detailed rate analysis mandatory for substantially lower bids; tender mandates PEC registration and Provincial Enlistment. Separate sealed envelopes required per scheme. Recurring ADP-funded programme suggests potential for framework engagement; execution timeline appears compressed given September 2026 deadline.
Who can bid: Valid PEC registration mandatory; current Provincial Enlistment with KPPRA required. SECP/NTN compliance for tax purposes typical. Firms quoted 20% or more below engineer's estimate must submit additional bid security or face bid rejection. Typically construction contractors bidding on government water and sanitation works must hold NTN, valid business registration, and relevant tax compliance certificates.
