Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai invites sealed tenders for multiple construction and infrastructure development schemes under the Malakand Area Development Programme (MADP), Net Hydel Profit (NHP), District Development Funds (DDF), and Tobacco Development Cess (TDC) programs. The procurement includes six distinct projects valued between 1.75 million and 11.2 million Pakistani rupees, covering construction of drains, pavement of streets, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure at multiple locations in the Dargai and adjoining areas. Projects span standardization of the Tehsil Council Hall, rehabilitation and maintenance work at Cat-B Hospital, and road rehabilitation with black topping in various localities. The total estimated cost across all schemes is approximately 44.108 million rupees, with electronic money security requirements ranging from 35,000 to 224,000 rupees per project.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category and be duly enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid securities are required in the form of original call deposit receipts in favor of the procuring entity or TMO Dargai. According to KPPRA Notification S.R.O (29)/Vol: I-40/2025-26, contractors quoting bids more than 20 percent below the engineer's estimate must submit additional security equal to the differential amount along with detailed rate analysis. Earnest money and additional securities shall be prepared in light of KPPRA Notification S.R.O 1-24/2021-22 dated 10th May 2022.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS website (eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing the NIT on the KPPRA portal. Bidders must submit completed bids with a neatly filled and scanned copy of the Bill of Quantities through EPADS before 2:00 PM on 1st September 2026. Tender opening will occur at 2:30 PM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Compulsory tender documents include valid Local Council Board registration, KP Revenue Authority registration, BOQ duly signed and stamped, original CDR, CNIC copy of MD/owner, and active NTN/Income Tax certificate. Award of contract shall be based on the MPS-2025 engineer estimate, with all taxes deductible as per government laws.
