Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Area Development Authority Abbottabad, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the Urban Plantation Drive Abbottabad 2025-2026 project. The estimated cost of the work is Rs 50 million with a project completion period as per work order. This single-stage two-envelope procurement follows KPPRA procurement rules 2014 and is executed through the electronic EPADS system. The project is located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must hold PEC registration in category C-5 and above and be registered with KPRA under the Finance Act 2013 as active taxpayers. The bid security requirement is Rs 1,000,000 including 2 percent stamp duty, and a non-refundable bidding entry fee of Rs 15,000 at 0.03 percent of tender cost must be submitted. Original tender forms with complete documentation including KPPRA and C&W enlistment certificates, PEC registration, and detailed rate analysis must be prepared and submitted through the EPADS portal. All financial securities must be submitted as call deposits from scheduled banks only; no pay orders or bank drafts are acceptable.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website. Bids must be submitted on EPADS with technical proposals and copies of financial securities uploaded digitally, while sealed original financial securities must be couriered to the UADA Abbottabad office before the closing deadline of 03 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM, with the financial bid opening date to be announced after technical bid approval by the competent authority.
