Description / Scope of Work
NUST invites sealed bids from eligible contractors and firms for repair and maintenance of hostels at its Campus in Sector H-12, Islamabad, in the Federal region. The tender is open to contractors registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0). This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement process covering facility maintenance and repair work at the university's residential infrastructure. The scope encompasses essential upkeep and restoration services to ensure functional and habitable conditions across the hostel facilities at the campus location.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement purposes. Tender processing fee and bid security as per tender documents must be provided at the time of bid opening in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft made payable to Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad. All bids must comply with the detailed terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents available on the e-PADS platform.

All e-bids must be submitted through the e-PADS (V-2.0) portal on 19 August 2026 by 1400 hours, with opening scheduled for 1430 hours the same day. NUST reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
