Description / Scope of Work
NUST invites sealed bids for roof treatment works on three hostels—Zainab, Fatima-II, and Fatima-IV—located at the NUST Campus in Sector H-12, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement processed through the e-PADS V-2.0 e-procurement system. Eligible contractors and firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0) may submit bids. The tender encompasses roof treatment and related restoration work on three hostel buildings within the main NUST campus in Islamabad. Bid submission is scheduled for 1 September 2026 at 1400 hours, with bid opening at 1430 hours on the same day.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-PADS V-2.0 and are required to submit tender processing fees and bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft payable to Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad at the time of bid opening. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to bid acceptance under rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
