Description / Scope of Work
NUST invites sealed bids for roof treatment and allied repair and maintenance works of the SCME Building located at NUST Campus in Sector H-12, Islamabad, Pakistan. The tender is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V-2.0). This single-stage, single-envelope procurement covers comprehensive roof treatment services including repairs and maintenance activities required at the specified building within the Islamabad federal territory. The scope encompasses all roof-related restoration and upkeep necessary to restore the building to functional standards.
Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement participation on the e-PADS V-2.0 platform. Tender processing fees and bid security in the form of Pay Orders or Bank Drafts must be submitted in favour of Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad at the time of bid opening. Complete bidding documents containing detailed descriptions, terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the e-PADS (V-2.0) website at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Prospective bidders may obtain additional information from the Works Directorate at NUST H-12 Campus.
Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS (V-2.0) by 1 September 2026 at 1445 hours, with opening scheduled for 1515 hours on the same date.
