The US Embassy, Islamabad invites quotations for the provision of LPG refilling services for propane cylinders under Request for Quotation number 19PK3326Q1063. Quotations must be submitted electronically to TaqiSM@state.gov and AqeelM@state.gov by close of business on Monday, August 17, 2026, with the subject line indicating the RFQ number and service description. No quotations received after the deadline will be accepted. Payment will be processed through electronic funds transfer within thirty days of receipt of correct invoices at the NEC Warehouse, Islamabad, upon satisfactory completion of delivery. Transportation charges for nine cylinders per month are required, with one trip per month for twelve months.
