Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for rental premises to establish a Sub Zonal Office in Jamshoro, Sindh. The required property must comprise at least three to four rooms with additional room or storage space, admeasuring a total built-up area between 2,500 and 5,000 square feet. The premises must have sufficient parking facilities to accommodate office staff and visitors. This is a non-consultancy service procurement managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique, with procurement reference P73780.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the standard eligibility criteria for service providers in Pakistan. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and regulations issued by the relevant procurement authority.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bid submission is not permitted.
